How we inspect

Industries

Built for demanding industries

Suitable applications include components for automated systems, tooling, production equipment and vehicles.

Primary market

Automation & Robotics

Machine builders need custom components on build schedules that move, often with revisions between the first and final drawing.

Primary market

Mold & Tooling

Mold and tooling components where fit decides whether the tool runs. Tight features, hard materials, no second chances.

Primary market

Automotive Suppliers

Fixtures, tooling and production components for suppliers working to launch and PPAP timelines.

Selected work

Aerospace

Suitable opportunities, reviewed case by case. Tell us certification and traceability needs before sending drawings.

For every team on the RFQ

The answers each department is looking for

Engineering, quality, purchasing and leadership judge a supplier on different things.

Engineers

Will the finished part match my drawing?

Send the PDF and the STEP model. Typical tolerances to ±0.001"; tighter or critical requirements are reviewed from the drawing before we quote.

Quality

How is conformance proven?

Critical features are measured on two in-house CMMs in a dedicated QC room, with CMM reports and inspection sheets supplied with shipments as applicable.

Purchasing

Will I get a quote I can compare?

Send the drawing, quantity, material and required delivery date. Complete RFQs help us respond with a clearer, more accurate quote.

Leadership

Can this supplier grow with us?

Established in 2007, our 12,000 sq. ft. Brampton facility supports one-off prototypes, repeat orders and low- to medium-volume production.

How quoting works

From drawing to quote in three steps

The drawing decides the process. A complete RFQ gets a clearer, firmer answer.

  1. Step 1

    Send the package

Upload the drawing and model, then add quantity, material and the date you need parts. Complete RFQs help us respond with a clearer, more accurate quote.

  2. Step 2

    Engineering review

We check the drawing, material and tolerances, and contact you if anything needs clarifying.

  3. Step 3

    Quote returned

Price, lead time and quantities quoted, in writing.

Send a drawing. Get a clear answer.

Attach your PDF and 3D model, then tell us quantity, material and the date you need parts. Complete RFQs help us respond with a clearer, more accurate quote.
