Ranmar supports low- and medium-volume production as your needs grow. Our 5-axis capability handles complex precision components, while Ranmar OS tracks work orders through machining, QC and shipment. Process flowcharts, FIFO practices and control charts help our team keep production organized and quality in focus.

Work-order tracking
Each job is tracked as a work order in Ranmar OS through production, QC and shipping.
First-piece inspection
Done before production runs, where applicable.
CMM inspection
Two in-house CMMs, Mitutoyo automated and Brown & Sharpe PFX, with in-house programming. Critical features are checked when required.
Final QC release
Parts are released by QC before they ship.
Nonconforming control
Nonconforming material is controlled.
Documents
CMM reports, inspection sheets and material certifications, as applicable to the order.
